Found some mold on window sills and wine stains on carpets which weren’t quite the luxurious vibe I expected. Watching the unattractive car park from the window didn’t exactly scream relaxation, and there were times when the restaurant was closed due to 'low occupancy,' which makes for a lackluster dinner option. Breakfast had its hiccups too. A broken orange juice dispenser and toasters not popping their bread. Felt slightly disorganized throughout.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room and found the staff incredibly kind, especially the lady serving breakfast who went out of her way to help. The room was generally clean and comfortable, offering a lovely space to unwind. the bathroom sink and the shower head could use a thorough cleaning to meet higher standards.
